The Baja Life Foundation’s areas of focus, Cabo Pulmo and Loreto, are home to two of the few marine protected areas in the southern Gulf of California – two very important and sensitive ecosystems that are vulnerable to the negative impact of increased development activity. Funding provided by the Baja Life Foundation will go towards the continued conservation efforts for the Cabo Pulmo and Loreto National Marine Parks.

Our work involves:

•	Providing educational materials to increase the knowledge of people whose livelihoods depend upon a viable, productive marine environment
•	Providing support on a local level
•	Supporting the preservation of marine biological diversity as the path to a healthy and productive marine environment
